A former library was turned into a restaurant, several bars and a live stage for events and performances. Four bars and a live stage through three floors. Biblioteket Live covers 1500sqm spred over three floors, located in Medborgarhuset, which was built in 1939. Ljusgården (The Court-Yard), situated on the second floor, level 4, is where the live stage is located. Award-winning interior design makes the Biblioteket Live a must visit location.

Marmi Futerno has had the luck and opportunity to work with architect Maja-Li for over a decade. On one beautiful day she gave us chance to participate in a big project – similar to Biblioteket, with many floors full of vibrant stones and special solutions. Then we went on, restaurant after restaurant, each one of them unforgettable and unique.
Technically savvy
With Maja-Li, every project runs smoothly and without hassle. Instead of problem-solving, there is inspiration and excitement which end with celebration, gratitude and appreciation. Then these projects win on European Property Awards year after year. A talent and one of a kind personality. Probably there is hard work behind it, but Maja-Li, always smiling and energetic, doesn’t let it show. We love and admire Maja-Li to the moon and back. She has created her own stone edge profiles, she has ordered stones we never heard of. She has brought the opportunities, taught us and brought us to a new level with fabulous projects she created.
