AKEMI Oil and Grease Remover Paste

AKEMI Oil and Grease Remover Paste is a ready-to-use, solvent-based cleaning paste designed for the targeted removal of deeply absorbed oil, grease and wax stains from natural and engineered stone. The product also removes discolouration around joints caused by plasticisers migrating from sealing materials.

Its smooth and creamy consistency makes the paste easy to apply to horizontal and vertical surfaces. Special absorbent substances draw dissolved contamination out of the stone as the product dries. The paste adheres well to rough, smooth and polished surfaces and remains highly effective even on intensive or deeply embedded stains.

AKEMI Oil and Grease Remover Paste does not contain acids, alkalis, waxes, resins or silicones. It is suitable for acid-sensitive stones such as marble and limestone and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Ensure that the surface is completely dry before treatment.
Test the product on a small and inconspicuous area before use.
If discolouration originates from a joint, remove the sealing material thoroughly.
Apply a layer at least 1–2 mm thick using a brush or spatula.
Allow the paste to dry for approximately 30–60 minutes.
Sweep, vacuum or wipe away the dried residue.
Repeat the treatment several times if necessary for intensive or deeply embedded stains.
For final cleaning, use AKEMI Stone Cleaner according to its instructions.
